Asian Noodle Bowl  - Kong Chai Min

x1 chicken Breast

x1 Packet Nigsin Ramen 2 mInute noodles

X1 Eggx

1 Pinch White Sesame seeds

x1 Chili Flakes

x1 bunch of Bok Choi / pak choi


Sesame Oil

Onion Chives or scallions


Step 1 

Add water to sauce pan with 3 pinches of salt, add chicken breast and boil for 25 minutes until chicken is cooked. Set aside and allow to rest in the water. With help of a fork, pull the chicken apart into thin strings of chicken

Step 2

In a Sauce Pan add 300ml of water and slowly bring to the boil, open packet of ramen and put content into the bowl ( do not stir), followed by String chicken bits .

Step 3 

Allow noodles to cook for 2 minutes and then add Bok choi ( as much as you wish), turn off the heat and allow to rest for 1 minute.

Step 4

In a nice bowl poor content of Sauce Pan, and finish off with a sunny side up fried egg.

Step 5 

Sprinkle some chili flakes, sesame seeds and fresh chopped onion chives or scallions
